UBITQUITYX 3D Modeler is a web-based, WebGL-powered 3D modeling environment, real estate visualizer, and space flight simulator. It allows you to build procedural objects, claim land, and explore a shared virtual universe directly from your browser.
Click and drag to rotate your camera. Right-click and drag to pan. Scroll to zoom in and out. If you enter Space Flight Simulator mode, use the W/A/S/D keys to control your ship's throttle and yaw, and SHIFT to engage the Warp Drive.
It depends on the version! The Free Demo has absolutely no login—you load instantly into the 3D world, starting high above Earth. The Web3 Pro version securely logs you in using WebAuth. You can download the WebAuth wallet for free at WebAuth.com.
Using the Real Estate tools in the sidebar, you can claim coordinates to instantly construct physical structures. Currently, you can spawn a Simple House or a towering Corporate Building. The engine draws property lines around your claim automatically.
When you pin a model or property to the UBITQUITYX 3D Modeler Global Map, you will be prompted to set a Custom PIN code. To remove or lift that pin later, you must provide the exact same Custom PIN code to authorize the deletion.
We employ a built-in profanity filter for labels. Additionally, platform administrators actively monitor the global map and have the authority to safely remove any inappropriate content from the database to keep the environment secure and clean.
If you use the Free Demo, the backend enforces a strict 30-day data retention policy to keep the environment fresh. Any pins or properties older than 30 days are automatically wiped. Users in the Web3 Pro app enjoy permanent database retention.
